First, let the hotel know as soon as possible that you plan to check out a day early, making sure to follow their cancellation policy and not get charged for nights you don’t need. When you check in, ask the hotel staff how much advance notice they require to drop nights at the back of your reservation. Also, email your team's hotel liaison (whose contact information can be found on your team's communications platform) to request a refund for the unused night(s) you paid for in advance when you booked. If you miss it we get a report from the hotel post event and issue partial stay refunds as well.

Yes, you can add your reward or membership number when you make your reservation using the provided link. If you forget to add it during booking, you can also have the hotel staff include your number on your receipt either when you check in or check out. YES, you will get the points and can attach your rewards number at any time pre, during or at check out!

You can adjust your reservation for no charge before check in. To adjust it find your original confirmation you received when you book from the email address XXX. If you can’t find it search your email for “booking confirmation”. Follow the blue hyperlink in the body of the email called “online” to make changes to your reservation. If it’s under 72 hours prior to check in please email me your hotel liaison on the team communications platform for help!

Hotels need advance notice so they have enough time to offer and sell any rooms that the group does not reserve. Remember, if your plans change the partial stay up front is refundable!

Our group rate will be lower than the rates you’ll find on hotel websites (hilton.com, igh.com, hyatt.com, choice.com, bestwestern.com or marriott.com) for the same “flexible stay” room type. While it’s possible you may occasionally see slightly cheaper rooms on third-party booking sites such as Expedia or Booking.com, booking within our group block is better overall for travel sports. Hotels give priority to group reservations over individual bookings, so if any issues come up, our group’s needs will be addressed first. Third party groups like Expedia and Booking.com get bumped for group blocks by hotels and don’t allow for us to step in when issues arise. Our block allows us to step in if needed for you with the hotel.

You will see two separate charges for your hotel stay. The first charge, listed as "Turnaround Consulting" is the partial stay up front, which you paid when booking through the link. The second charge comes directly from the hotel you stayed at wich will cover the remaining balance plus any applicable taxes and fees.
For instance, if your hotel costs $135.00 per night on the links, you paid a $35.00 up front when you booked. When you check in, the hotel will charge you $100.00 per night, plus tax. Added together, both charges equal the total cost of your stay.
You won’t be charged from the hotel until after you check out! We can also review bills post from the hotel if you have questions

Yes, your entire partial upfront payment is refundable, except for a $10 booking fee. If you cancel within one week of your scheduled check-in, a $20 cancellation fee will apply. However, if your event is rescheduled, dropped, or canceled by the team, you will receive a full refund, including the booking fee.
